MEDIA ADVISORY: State Water Leaders to Release Water Survey, Launch New Water Conservation Campaign


SACRAMENTO, CA--(Marketwire - June 1, 2010) - The Save Our Water public education program will release a new survey on the public's attitude toward water conservation tomorrow. The program will also launch a new water conservation campaign focusing on real ways Californians can save water.

Called "Real People, Real Savings," the campaign features regular people who have taken steps to save water inside and outside their home. The program launch coincides with the results of a recent survey conducted by the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA).

A press call will be held at 10 a.m. June 2 to discuss the new campaign and survey results.

Save Our Water is a statewide water conservation public education program.
