The sale of Cyncrona completed

OEM International has today, the 1st of June 2010, completed the sale of
the entire operations within Division Production Technology to
Elektronikgruppen according to the agreement signed the 30th of April
2010. The Division is composed of the company group Cyncrona which
markets and sells production equipment and service deals for the
electronics industry.

 

This information is of such nature that the company is obliged to make
public in accordance with the Swedish Securities Market Act. The
information was made public on 1 June 2010 at 09.00 Swedish time.
