Member notice:FESE tick size table 2 extends to Large Cap shares as of June 7, 2010

As of June 7, 2010, NASDAQ OMX Nordic will extend the use of FESE tick size
table 2 for Large Cap shares in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm. 

Tick size is the smallest possible change in share price. FESE tick size table
2 enables order entry and execution with maximum of 4 decimals, based on a
share price, following the table below:

* FESE tick size table 2 was first introduced for OMXS30 shares on October
26th, 2009 followed by OMXC20 and OMXH25 shares on January 4, 2010. 

For shares outside the Large Cap or main indices, the current tick size regime
of each market will continue to apply. Note that if one share series of an
issuer qualifies to indices and hence to the FESE tick size table 2, also other
share series of that issuer is included. Also, FESE tick size table 2 will
continue to apply if the share is removed from the main index or Large Cap
segment. 

Overnight orders with a valid tick size will stay in the order book for trading
day June 7, 2010. Overnight orders with no valid tick size will be cancelled by
NASDAQ OMX Nordic in post trade session on June 4th, 2010. This concerns those
shares in NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, where the current tick size 0,25 will be
changed to 0,10. In practice, if the closing price of a share is between 100,00
and 149,75 SEK on June 4, 2010, the overnight orders in that order book will be
cancelled. 

Please find the list of effected order books with INET identifiers, as well as
the list of all order books in FESE tick size table 2 as of June 7, 2010 in the
enclosed document.
