ActionView International, Inc. Announces Fight Card for 'WCFC II - Proving Ground' on June 5th

The Card Consists of 9 Total Bouts, From Featherweight to Heavyweight, Including One Female Fight

MURRIETA, Calif., June 3, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) and its wholly owned MatchFights LLC subsidiary today announced the fight card for the June 5, 2010 World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) event, which has been dubbed "WCFC II - Proving Ground," at The Rail Event Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The card consists of nine total bouts, including fighters that range from featherweight to light heavyweight classifications and one female fight.

ActionView International's wholly-owned MatchFights subsidiary delivers the most exciting brand of full contact fighting under its World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) banner. MatchFights' events are broadcast live in television quality to a worldwide audience over the Internet, and revenue is derived from pay-per-view buys. The brand's inaugural April 3rd event, which featured eight bouts and fighters ranging from flyweight to light heavyweight classifications, was considered a stunning success with a packed house watching quality bouts from top to bottom on the fight card. The WCFC Internet broadcast marked the first time that a live Internet event was broadcast worldwide in television quality without a satellite uplink.

The main event on June 5th will be a middleweight contest matching Jordan "Mata Ele" Smith of One Hit MMA against Brandon "The Murderer" Melendez of Mushin Self Defense. Lightweight Robert "The Wrecker" Densley of Absolute MMA will fight Brian "The Cannibal" Thomas of The Academy. In the welterweight class "DJ" Dan Gardner of The Academy and Absolute MMA is matched up against Colton Bybee of Foleys MMA. Also in the welterweight division, "Mad" Mike Arrant of Labato MMA and One Hit MMA will fight Koffi "Lil Rampage" Adzitso of Absolute MMA. In another welterweight match-up, Sean Whalen of The Academy will fight Eduardo Rivera of Absolute MMA. Lightweight Lucas Montoya of Labato MMA is matched up against Dayne Aristizabal of The Academy. In a heavyweight contest, Nick Pendleton of Elite Performance will fight Tony Strader of Midvale Mayhem.

The women's bout will feature featherweight Lindsey Barnes of Absolute MMA against Brittany Howard (Schmid) of Foleys MMA.

"WCFC has assembled another tremendous card, and we should expect to see some great fights on June 5th," said Johnny Riche, head of LBH Productions, which is producing the event. "Two of these fights are rematches of previous bouts, so there will be some fighters out for revenge and others looking to prove that the first time wasn't a fluke. We've got top Utah MMA fighters and a women's match-up that may turn out to be one of the best 'girl fights' ever. As with the first WCFC event, the crowd will be loud and the fighters will be pumped. This should be a great night!"

General Admission for the live event is $30 and VIP tickets are $75. Tickets are available at any Smith'sTix location and at www.smithstix.com or by phone at 888-310-4620.  Fans can sign up for the pay-per-view broadcast for only $14.95 at www.WCFC.com. The pre-fight broadcast begins at 6:30 pm Mountain Time (5:30 Pacific).

Two charitable organizations are being supported at the event. The Road Home and Fight For What's Right will receive a percentage of ticket proceeds.

Fight fans, fighters, promoters, trainers and ring girls are encouraged to visit the WCFC website at www.wcfc.com to set up a personal profile and join the first and only comprehensive content driven MMA web community dedicated to fighting. The site harnesses the power of social networks, allowing users to connect and share information about their favorite fighters, fights and events. A comprehensive marketing program is expected to result in the www.wcfc.com becoming the dominant fighting website in the world and draw consumers for WCFC events broadcast over the Internet.
