TROY, Mich., June 7, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VPER), an emerging global telecommunication network operations and technical management company, is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from Bharat Sanchar Nigam, Ltd. (BSNL) to offer a full spectrum of national and international telecom services, beginning with VoIP, Calling Cards and Pinless Accounts.
Specifically, calling card sales are expected to be significant since they enable all users to call from any landline, mobile, PC or VoIP enabled device from any country where it is being launched.
Within two weeks, the Company will fully launch their Singapore operations, which are expected to generate immediate revenues from their calling card and VoIP services, to be followed by the expedited launch of sales and operations from all of Viper Networks previously announced country deployments, operations, routes and agreements with leading telecom operators throughout Asia, the Middle East, Australia and other continents.
Through the Company's partnership with Cirilium India, this consortium owns the exclusive rights with BSNL to offer a full spectrum of national and international telecom services. Additionally, from the Company's previously awarded India telecom license, they will also target the Indian expatriate community of approximately 50 million people and a floating population of Indian tourists outside of the country.
From this highly anticipated, final approve with BSNL (www.bsnl.co.in) alone, which is the 7th largest telecommunications company in the world with approximately 81 million customers worldwide that generated more than $8 billion (U.S.) in revenue during the fiscal year ended 3/31/10, Viper Networks is reiterating their first year target projections of 2.5 million new customers at an average monthly rate of $19.95, which represents reoccurring monthly revenues of $25 million for Viper Networks' 50% agreement terms or $300 million to the Company in annual revenues.
Viper Networks gross profit is expected to be approximately 60%.
