Announcement according to § 15 WpHG
On preliminary calculation the IMW-Group will received in the business year
(01.04.2009 till 31.03.2010) rental revenues of approx. EUR 26.5 million
(previous year: EUR 33.4 million) due to the sale of several properties.
Although the profit situation could be improved significantly a group loss
of EUR 16 million will be expected (previous year: - EUR 168.3 million).
Initial we have expected a small profit.
The reasons are non realised losses of approx. EUR 22 million due to the
revaluation of the Group properties of approx. EUR 333 million which is a
result of urgent refurbishments in the biggest remaining portfolio.
