SINGAPORE and COLUMBIA, Md., June 18, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Integral Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ISYS) announced today at CommunicAsia 2010 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Integral Systems Europe – United Kingdom (ISE UK), has been awarded a new satellite ground station contract from British Sky Broadcasting (Sky) for Harlequin 1, Sky's new state-of-the-art and sustainable broadcast facility.
The ISE UK team has been a supplier to Sky since 1997. As part of Harlequin 1 development, the new contract calls for delivering eleven earth station systems with antennas up to 7.3m, transmit and receive RF subsystems and terrestrial transmissions receiver equipment.
