The board of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter referred to as - Krājbanka) has resolved to increase the stock capital of SIA “Brīvības 38” from LVL 2000 up to LVL 1'508'000 (which according to the currency exchange rate determined by the Bank of Latvia at the day of notification amounts to EUR 2'145'703). The stock capital is increased by investing into it the real estate object owned by Krājbanka. It was already informed that in May 2010 Krājbanka established the following subsidiary companies: SIA “LKB Rīgas īpašumi”, SIA “LKB property”, SIA “Jēkaba 2” and SIA “Brīvības 38” to administrate and manage the real estate. By establishing the said companies Krājbanka has a purpose to optimize its activity by dividing the assets unrelated to the main banking activity.
