Peab sells two small businesses

Peab intends to sell two smaller subsidiaries, that no longer are
considered as core business in Peab, to the management of each company.
The companies are:
Netel AB, with operations in the electricity and telecom sectors. The
company had sales of approximately SEK 240 M in 2009 with an operating
profit of around 0
Competing Well AB, with activity in the energy measurement. The company
had sales of approximately SEK 10 million in 2009 with a slightly
negative operating result.
Under current law, Peab can not sell a business to an employee unless it
is decided by a General Meeting, why Peab will convene an Extra General
Meeting on 9 July 2010.
