The Oasmia Pharmaceutical share is now traded on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm

The pharmaceutical company Oasmia's share is, as of today, Thursday June 24,
2010, traded on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm's main stock list. The share has the same
designation as before and shareholders need not take any actions.

The move to the Stockholm stock exchange is a major milestone in the development
of the company and is a natural effect of a series of positive news presented by
the company in the last six months. For instance, Oasmia has closed a license
and distribution agreement for the Japanese veterinary market and reported
positive preliminary results from the Phase III study with the veterinary
product Paccal® Vet.

- We find it very exciting to now be on the Stockholm stock exchange main list.
In addition to increased confidence for the company, this means that more
investors now has the opportunity to invest in Swedish pharmaceutical
development, says Oasmia's CEO, Julian Aleksov.

In connection to the listing, Oasmia has published a prospectus which is
available on the company website, www.oasmia.com.
