Dutro will drive the development and standardization of Rubicon's processes and procedures, streamlining the efficiency of the company's construction management projects and day-to-day activities. He will also steer Rubicon's safety and training programs for the entire staff.

Dutro brings to Rubicon over 30 years of design-build, construction management at-risk, and general contracting experience, providing strong and experienced management and direction across the full spectrum of operational project delivery. He has an extensive background not only in mission-critical data center, LEED, MEP and telecom projects, including the design and construction of eight Worldcom/MCI data center facilities, but also a wide variety of commercial and public projects. Dutro has designed and built stadiums, sports facilities such as the Braves Turner Stadium, retail buildings such as Nordstrom's, office buildings, higher education, and healthcare facilities. Dutro's work on the Atlanta Olympic Stadium project earned him a "Best Project Over $10 Million" Award in 1996, and he is a member of the United States Green Building Council.
