Ivars Priedītis was re-elected in the position of chairman of the Board of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”

The Council of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (JSC) has re-elected Ivars Priedītis in
the position of the AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” Board member for the next term and
re-appointed for the position of the chairman of the Board (president). The new
term shall be effective on July 18th 2010.

The Board member of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” since 18.07.2007;
The chairman of the Board of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” since 17.08.2009;
