Global MicroSeismic, Inc. (GMSI) will leverage the many synergies between Global Geophysical Services' capabilities in land seismic data acquisition, Multi Client seismic programs, and Weinman Geosciences' data processing and geophysical technology, and integrate these capabilities to provide the most cost-effective and highest quality microseismic services offering in the industry.
Duncan Riley is named President of GMSI. Mr. Riley has been with GGS since 2003 and has over 23 years of experience in the seismic and oil field services industry. He began his career with Western Geophysical and held a number of senior management positions, including General Manager for Applied Technology, and General Manager of Marketing Research & Strategic Planning. While with Schlumberger, he served as assistant Marketing Manager for the Drilling & Measurements segment. Mr. Riley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and an MBA from Rice University.
