The company is also pleased to announce the acquisition of a national staffing firm, Lone Staffing, Inc., through a Share Exchange Agreement which brings a slate of new management through an experienced board of directors. The new Board consists of CEO Robert Anderson, Treasurer Timothy Schmidt, Secretary & VP Rachel Collins, and Chairman of the Board of Directors Raymond Barton.
