Nordicom A/S publishes a prospectus

Today Nordicom A/S publishes a prospectus in connection with an offering of
14,857,325 new shares at a price of DKK 10 per share with pre-emption rights to
the Company's existing shareholders. The Offering constitute of a minimum of
6,450,000 offer shares at a price of DKK 10 per share (“Minimum Offering”) and
a maximum of 14,857,325 offer shares at a price of DKK 10 per share (“Maximum
