Limited, 33 King William Street, London EC4R 9AS, UK that BlackRock, Inc. as per
6 September 2010 has increased their holding of Vestas shares from 10,140,541   
(ref. company announcement No. 31/2010 of 1 September 2010) to 10,238,578 shares
(5.03 per cent).
