Cable Color will use the Sigma Systems' Device Provisioning Manager to deploy SIP-based VoIP and ultra-fast high-speed Internet based on DOCSIS 3.0. The Device Provisioning Manager will also handle the provisioning and activation of PacketCable™ voice services, and the provisioning of all customer premise equipment, including set-top boxes, modems and multimedia terminal adapters.
