Women from around the Dallas Metroplex came to Wellness International Network's corporate headquarters in the Legacy Park Campus to enjoy a WINSpa™ Women's Luncheon. The ladies experienced the luxurious benefits of Wellness International Network's cosmeceutical line, WINSpa Collection, while supporting and learning about the life-changing contributions The Family Place provides victims of abuse right here in Dallas.
According to the FBI, a woman is beaten every 15 seconds. In Dallas county more than 265,000 people are victims of domestic violence, and over half of the homeless population is made up of women and children. "When I go home at night I'm very blessed that I go to a healthy home and feel safe and secure. I want everyone to have the same opportunity," says Melissa Sherrill, development director of The Family Place, who was thrilled about the turnout of Wellness International Network's event.
