Formation of the Audit Committee

According to the resolution of the supervisory council meeting of September
9th, 2010, it was decided to form the Audit Committee of AS Premia Foods as
stipulated in the §99 of the Public Accountants Act.  The Audit Committee has
two members - Aavo Kokk (chairman of the Audit Committee) and Mairi Paiste
(member of the Audit Committee).
