Specification of timetable concerning integration of existing ISIN code and     
preliminary  ISIN code in Amagerbanken                                          




In continuation of company announcement no. 30-2010 of 9 September 2010 the     
following should be specified of the expected timetable. (In this connection it 
should be noted that the first expected day of listing of the new shares in the 
preliminary ISIN code under the original timetable was Monday, 13 September     
2010.)                                                                          

Registration of the capital reduction and the capital increase is now expected  
to be effected on 14 September 2010 and the first day of trading of the new     
shares in the preliminary ISIN code is expected to be on 15 September 2010.     

Consequently, below steps are made as these dates have now been pushed compared 
to the original plan.                                                           

Integration of the preliminary ISIN code (DK0060037109) with the existing ISIN  
code (DK0060242972) is expected to be effected on 17 September 2010 at the      
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S with value-related effect on the shareholders'        
securities (VP) accounts on 22 September 2010.                                  

Trading with shares in the existing ISIN code, to be completed with delivery of 
the new shares, is thus expected only to be possible from 17. September 2010.
