FirstFarms has bought 310 hectares of land in Romania. The land is sited in Eastern Romania, approx. 80 km from Bucharest and in the area where FirstFarms already expects to cultivate approx. 4,000 hectares in the coming season.
The land is next to FirstFarms' other areas and hence the buy will increase the combining of the land (consolidation of the land to larger combined areas).
It is expected that most of the land is prepared in the autumn 2010 for production of sales crops in 2011.
The purchase will not have any direct influence on the result for 2010.
