Registration of capital reduction and capital increase completed                

In continuation of Amagerbanken's announcement no. 36 of 15 September 2010,     
Ama­ger­ban­ken is pleased to announce that the capital reduction and the       
capital increase have today been re­gistered with the Commerce and Companies    
Agency.                                                                         

Amagerbanken's nominal share capital now amounts to DKK 998,198,520 divided into
332,732,840 shares of a nominal value of DKK 3 each.  The total number of votes 
is 998,198,520, corresponding to each share amount of DKK 1 carrying one vote.  

Amagerbanken has at the same time registered the new article 4a in its articles 
of association re­garding the setting up of a separate fund as adopted at the   
extraordinary general meeting held on 17 August 2010.
