September 2010 the voting interest of JP Morgan Asset Management (UK)
Limited, London, United Kingdom, in our company has fallen below the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in our company and amounted to 2.57 %
(equivalent to 424,619 shares of 16,528,169 total shares).
2.57 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 424,619 shares) are attributable
to JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited in accordance with section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
