Vestas has been informed that Capital Research and Management Company (CRMC), a
100 per cent owned subsidiary of The Capital Group Companies, Inc. (CGC), USA as
per 21 September 2010 has increased their holding of Vestas shares to 10,651,072
shares (5.23 per cent).
The information states that neither CGC nor CRMC owns shares of Danish issuers
on their own behalf. The announced holding of Vestas shares is owned by mutual
funds managed by CRMC.
