The subscription to the AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter referred to as Krājbanka) ordinary bearer shares with voting right (hereinafter referred to as the “Shares”) ended on 30 September 2010, within which all 6`500`000 new issue Shares were sold and paid up. Shares will be transferred to the financial instrument accounts of the share holders on 4 October 2010. The temporary ISIN code of the Shares is LV0050100682. In the result of the issue the stock capital of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” will be increased up to LVL 25 824 248 (EUR 36 744 595). After registration of the increase of the stock capital in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, the permanent ISIN code will be allocated to the Shares, which is LV 0000100683 for the ordinary bearer shares of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”, and the Shares will be included into the Secondary Baltic list of AS “NASDAQ OMX Riga”.
