On September 30, 2010, Ms Gabriele Wolff, Deutschland  has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006569403, WKN:
656940, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% limit of the Voting Rights on
June 04, 2010 and on that day amounted to 17.582% (this corresponds to
2694919 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 16.652%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2552340 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed from Lupus Holding AG to Ms Wolff.
