Nordicom A/S - Registration of capital increase

In the company announcement of 30 September 2010 it was announced that Nordicom
has carried out a capital increase of DKK 89 m. 

The Danish Commerce and Companies Agency has now registered the capital
increase, which means that Nordicom A/S's nominal share capital now amounts to
DKK 120,278,580, divided into shares of DKK 10. 

The new articles of association for Nordicom are attached.
