Cattin Filtration acquires the activities in Dantherm Filtration, France

As announced in company announcement no. 13/2010 dated 15 June 2010, a
reconstruction of Dantherm Filtration SAS was initiated with the purpose to
find a new ownership structure for the activities in the French company. The
company is the only remaining activity within the business segment Filtration
after the divestment of the other activities in April 2010. 

This process has resulted in Cattin Filtration SAS acquiring the activities in
Dantherm Filtration SAS effective from 22 September 2010. Cattin Filtration SAS
is owned by the French company ASTEN. The divestment means that all operating
assets and the majority of the employees are taken over by Cattin Filtration
SAS. Dantherm Filtration SAS will be closed after the divestment. 

The divestment will not affect Dantherm's previously announced expectations for
revenue and earnings for 2010.
