informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Kabel Deutschland Holding AG, Unterföhring,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000KD88880, WKN: KD8888, have fallen below the 3%
limit of the Voting Rights on September 28, 2010 and on that day amounted
to 2.99% (this corresponds to 2693590 Voting Rights).
