About Changes to the Composition of JSC TRASTA KOMERCBANKA Council and Inspection Committee

On 7 October 2010, the composition of JSC TRASTA KOMERCBANKA Council changed.
Charles Edwards Treherne, who had been a member of the Council since 2001,
resigned from the Council. Instead of him, Igors Snisarevsky, who has held
managerial posts in several Ukrainian banks and construction companies, assumed
the duties of a Council member. Igor Snisarevsky is not a holder of JSC TRASTA
KOMERCBANKA shares. Igors Buimisters, Chairman of the Council, and Alfrēds
Čepānis, Vice-chairman of the Council, will continue their work in the
composition of JSC TRASTA KOMERCBANKA Council. 

On 7 October 2010, a decision was taken to change also the composition of JSC
TRASTA KOMERCBANKA Inspection Committee. Consequently, the duties of Boriss
Grīgs, former member of the Committee, will now perform Silvija Gulbe - a
certified auditor, Chairman of the Board of Sindiks Ltd and Rimess Ltd. The
Committee head Hermanis Lapkovskis will continue his work in the Committee.
