shareholders' extraordinary general meeting held on October 22, 2010. At the
end of this working day the shareholders of the company and the amount of
shares owned by them will be fixed for participation in the shareholders'
meeting. 

Proceeding from the above, October 11, 2010 is the last day when shares of AS
“Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” bought with automatch will give rights to participate
in this particular shareholders meeting.
