WatchIt Technologies Inc. Appoints New President

ARDEN, NC--(Marketwire - November 3, 2010) -  WatchIt Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTCT) announced today that the Board of Directors have appointed Max L. Bennett as the new President and CEO of the company. Mr. Bennett is replacing Brian Riley in the corporate leadership position effective immediately. "I am thrilled that WatchIt Technologies has been able to attract an individual with Mr. Bennett's credentials," stated Brian Riley, past President and CEO. "With the new opportunities that have been recently presented, an individual with an extensive military and government contracting background will be an asset and propel the company forward to achieve its goals as it pursues these outstanding opportunities. Mr. Bennett has served in a variety of high ranking security positions within the military and has worked as a Project Planner for the DOD, the DOE, and as Director, U.S. Army Strategic Initiatives Group."

Mr. Bennett has developed, implemented, and managed programs concerned with environmental compliance as well as managed politically sensitive projects with commercial, state, federal, and foreign entities. In that capacity, he has performed duties in 28 countries around the world. In this new position, he will be responsible for day to day operations as well as spearheading military and government contracts.

With the increased attention on Air Pure Systems Development's Fuel Reformer, Mr. Bennett brings an extensive background and experience in ISO 9000 quality standards, ISO 14000 Environmental Management System standards, technical writing, program initiation, and ISO auditing that will be of great benefit in the next stages of the company.
