Announcement about the participation in JSC Siguldas CMAS

On 8 November 2010 the JSC "Siguldas ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas
stacija" received the notice from the shareholder State Social Insurance Agency
regarding loss of the qualifying shareholding in JSC "Siguldas ciltslietu un
mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija". The shareholder informs that in the result of
alienation of shares of JSC "Siguldas ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas
stacija", the proportion of shares with voting right owned by the State Social
Insurance Agency has diminished to 4.5% from the total amount of JSC "Siguldas
ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija" shares with voting right.
