After nearly ten years with the B&B TOOLS Group, Johan Falk, Executive Vice
President of B&B TOOLS AB and President of the operating area B&B TOOLS Markets
AB ("Markets"), has decided to leave his position with B&B TOOLS to assume
employment with another listed company. Carl Johan Lundberg, Executive Vice
President of B&B TOOLS AB, has been appointed Acting President of Markets. Johan
Falk will leave the Group at the end of December 2010.
