Carl Bennet AB has acquired Investment AB Latour's holding in Elanders. At the
time of acquisition Investment AB Latour's holdings were 1,659,988 class B
shares, equivalent to 8.5 % of the capital and 5.5 % of the votes in Elanders.
After this acquisition Carl Bennet AB's holdings in Elanders are 1,166,666 class
A shares and 10,382,098 class B shares, equivalent to 59.1 % of the capital and
73.4 % of the votes.
