Notice Regarding Processing of Accounting Records of Joint-stock Company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA and Separation of LITGRID Turtas AB Shares from Previous Share Issue.

The joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, a company established and
functioning under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code
220551550, registered address Elektrinės g. 21, LT-26108 Elektrėnai
(hereinafter - the Company), data about the company are collected and stored in
the Register of Legal Entities, hereby informs, that having completed the
procedure of reduction of authorized capital of the Company, on November 25,
2010, the accounting records of ordinary registered shares of the Company were
processed and from the previously registered issue of ordinary registered
shares, the size of which was 993,614,306 ordinary registered shares, an issue
of LITGRID Turtas AB, totaling 504,331,380 ordinary registered shares, was
separated. 

Since November 25, 2010, the shares issue of the Company consists of
489,282,926 (four hundred eighty nine million two hundred eighty two thousand
nine hundred and twenty six) ordinary registered shares with the nominal value
of LTL 1 Lt (one litas). 

We hereby inform that after the issues separation the VP ISIN code of the
Company remains unchanged - LT0000117681. We also inform that the a general
securities account of LITGRID Turtas AB has been opened, the shares of LITGRID
Turtas AB are accounted at the issuer's securities account and LITGRID Turtas
AB has been issued a VP ISIN code - LT0000128415.
