(Værdipapirhandelsloven), we hereby report that today Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker
A/S, Amaliegade 47, DK-1256 Copenhagen K has informed us that they have a
shareholding of 1,190,728 B-shares of DKK 10 in Ambu A/S and subsequently
possess 10 % and have a voting right of 4.4 %.
