ISSUE OF A VOLUNTARY TENDER OFFER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF GUAVA A/S

On behalf of the company's majority shareholder NetBooster SA, the company
hereby announces that a voluntary tender offer is issued to the remaining
shareholders of Guava A/S. 

The offer price is DKK 0.15 pr. share of nominally DKK 0.10. The other terms
and conditions of the offer are stated in the offer document. 

The offer is recommended by the company's Board of Directors. 

The offer document, the offer advertisement, the acceptance form and the
statement from the Board of Directors are available in Danish as attachments to
the Danish company announcement.
