STOW, OH--(Marketwire - December 13, 2010) - AtNetPlus, Inc. today announced that the firm was recently honored as a 2010 Weatherhead 100 company. Since 1987, The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) annually recognize the 100 fastest growing companies in the region. This year the black tie gala drew more than 750 people to celebrate the success of these companies and the positive impact they have on northeast Ohio.
The event was everything an awards program should be -- entertaining, enlightening, positive, and congratulatory. The ceremony highlighted local businesses that have demonstrated a significant amount of growth and success over the past five years. In addition to the fastest growing businesses, 30 companies were recognized as Weatherhead Upstarts and nine were honored as Weatherhead Centurions.
COSE President and Executive Director Steve Millard stated, "We wanted to keep the ceremony interesting and to build on the confidence our guests have in the future of Cleveland. We came up with the idea of a 2025 news broadcast as a humorous way to remind everyone that despite the obstacles we face, Cleveland has opportunities that entrepreneurs can and will find a way to seize to create growth in Northeast Ohio."
