The restaurant now serves gluten-free pizza crust with customers' favorite mix of toppings.
"After we received an increasing number of requests for gluten-free pizza, we researched the highest quality options and found a rice-based crust that is prepared without any cross contamination with gluten products," said Chris Bortz, general manager of Pizza House. The gluten-free pizzas are available in the 12-inch medium size for dining in, catering and delivery.
In addition to gluten-free pizza crust, Pizza House serves vegan pizzas which are free of any dairy products and served in small, medium or large sizes with a choice of white, garlic butter, butter, butter parmesan or whole wheat pizza crusts.
