Colonia Real Estate AG awarded further Asset Management contract
- 17 new commercial properties with a total rental space of around 95,000
sqm under Management
- Colonia service platform further successful expansion
Köln, December 29, 2010 - Colonia Real Estate Solutions GmbH, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Colonia Real Estate AG, has obtained another
asset management mandate for two commercial real estate portfolios with a
total rental space of around 95,000 square meters. The asset management
contracts are agreed for 6 years.
The 17 commercial properties are located in attractive large cities
throughout Germany such as Berlin, Dortmund and Frankfurt am Main. Due to
the regional structure of Colonia Real Estate Solutions and its associated
branches across Germany, it provides intensive on-site management of the
commercial properties. Colonia's main task will be reducing vacancies and
stabilizing these portfolios.
