BASE BULB REPLACEMENT

Mt. Clemens, MI-- They take up the same space as traditional incandescent
bulbs, and provide 360 degree light distribution, but at 6 watts and 11
watts the latest energy saving, environmentally friendly product release
from LED lighting manufacturer Clean Light Green Light (CLGL) is anything
but traditional. CLGL, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Global Dynamix
Solutions GB PLC and world leader in the LED general illumination market
has introduced the CLGL-ED-6 which replaces 40W incandescents and the
CLGL-ED-11 60W bulb replacement.

Powered by DIP (dual in-line package) LEDS and adapting CLGL Heat Wick Heat
Sink technology, the bulb is built to last a minimum of 50,000 hours (50
times longer than traditional incandescent bulbs) and matches incandescent
light output while using a fraction of the energy.

They install like a normal bulb, can be used in any common application and
the internal driver is optimized to run under the harshest conditions.
Furthermore, they are resistant to shock and vibrations, and their light
life is unaffected by frequent on-and-off switching like compact
fluorescents (CFLs). Without mercury or other toxic content this LED bulb
also represents an environmentally safe option that addresses growing
global concerns about the disposal of fluorescents and CFLs which are
threatening to pollute underground water supplies.

Unlike many earlier LED incandescent replacement products on the market
that appeared bluish, these bulbs emit a pleasant soft white light similar
to traditional bulbs and are available in 3500 or 5000 Kelvin color
temperatures. As with all CLGL products, they are built to the highest
standards of LED technology, are UL pending, and carry the 5 year CLGL
warranty.

Although CLGL focuses on LED lighting for the commercial, industrial and
municipal sectors, the new bulbs round out the company's product offerings
and will enable more comprehensive retrofits by addressing niche
applications. Already installed in a U.S. retrofit pilot project, they are
garnering a highly favorable response.

More than 425 million 60-watt incandescent light bulbs are sold in the
United States annually which represents about 50% of the domestic
incandescent light bulb market. The release of this product may signify
CLGL's first crossover into the retail consumer market. 'We believe that
this bulb will find a space on the general retailer shelves.' shares CLGL
CEO David McKinney. 'With a reasonable price point relative to their
longevity, energy and cost savings as well as a superior light quality in
comparison to CFLs, we expect they will be well received by residential
consumers along with our commercial customers.'

The European Union has adopted the most aggressive timeline for the phase
out of incandescent bulbs starting with the elimination of all 100W and
higher incandescents in 2009 and encompassing lower wattages of clear
incandescent bulbs, frosted bulbs and high-energy halogen lights by 2012.
