CHANGE IN NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING SHARES IN HiQ DURING DECEMBER

As of the 30 December 2010 the number of outstanding shares in HiQ
International AB amount to 52 302 723 shares, following an increase of
the number of shares of 406 600 shares in total. These shares were
issued in connection with subscription of new shares in relation to the
warrant program issued in 2008 (with subscription period in 2010)
directed towards employees of the HiQ group.
