Meda acquires additional OTC products in the US from GSK

 

Meda has acquired two additional and well established Over-The-Counter
consumer products in the US from GlaxoSmithKline LLC (“GSK”). During
December 2010, Meda acquired three other OTC products from GSK.

Total annual sales for the two newly acquired products are about 80
MSEK, with strong profit margins. The purchase price was about 180 MSEK.
