MESA, Ariz., Jan. 4, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- B2 Digital, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BTDG) has signed a binding Letter of Intent with SSM Media Ventures Inc. "Real Hip-Hop Network" www.RHN.TV . B2 Digital will provide a share exchange of 10% in common stock of BTDG for 10% of the common stock in RHN.
