The Annual Dinner, presented by Bentley Prince Street and UPS, will take place on Thursday, February 3 at the Hyatt Regency in Irvine. The theme of this year's Annual Dinner is "Turning Red Tape into Red Carpet."
Noonan is the bestselling author of eight books on American politics, history, and culture. Her most recent book, Patriotic Grace, is a call for a more elevated national politics. Noonan was a special assistant to President Ronald Reagan from 1984 to 1986. In 1988 she was chief speechwriter for Vice President George H. W. Bush when he ran for the presidency.
