On 04 January 2011 Deutsche Bank AG advised us the following:

Correction to  the notification of voting rights pursuant to sec. 21 para 1
WpHG dated 30.12.2010

Pursuant to sections 21 (1), 24 WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act'), in
conjunction with section 32 (2) InvG ('German Investment Act'), we hereby
notify that the percentage of voting rights of our subsidiary DWS
Investment S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, in Schaltbau Holding AG,
Hollerithstraße 5, D-81829 München, Germany, crossed above the threshold of
3% on 27th December 2010 and amounts to 3.20% (60,000 voting rights) as per
this date.
