Mr. Carney's career spans 25 years and his expertise includes accounting and financial reporting, strategic financial planning, capital market transactions, risk management, and operational accounting and controls. Prior to joining Rose Financial Services, Mr. Carney held senior financial leadership positions at leading public and private companies across a broad range of industry sectors, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Road Runner High Speed Online business unit of Time Warner Cable, Vice President, Corporate Accounting of Discovery Communications, Inc., and Vice President, Finance of BET Holdings, Inc. Mr. Carney began his accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse), where he served as a Senior Manager in the firm's audit and assurance practice. Prior to joining RFS, Mr. Bauman gained extensive experience serving clients in finance and accounting, information technology, telecommunications, wireless, broadband, commercial, and government contracting sectors.
