Enea and Timesys Form Strategic Partnership Targeting Linux and
Multicore

Industry Leaders will Collaborate on Solutions for Heterogeneous
Multicore Processing Featuring Linux, RTOS and Development Tools

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, February 2, 2011 - Enea (NASDAQ OMX Nordic:ENEA) and
Timesys, provider of industry's most-easy-to-use and affordable embedded
Linux solutions, today announced a strategic alliance to accelerate the
adoption of Linux in both stand alone and heterogeneous multicore
applications.  The agreement spans distribution, joint development of
value-added platforms and go to market activities.  Now developers who
require Linux, realtime operating systems (RTOS), hypervisors and
development tools can turn to a single, independent supplier to source
all of their software needs — streamlining technology acquisition,
development and support.

Enea will become a worldwide distributor of LinuxLink, Timesys's
innovative, cost-effective,  and architecture-agnostic Linux platform
builder.  With sales offices in Europe, North America and Asia, Enea
will complement Timesys's focus on online distribution with its global
reach and value-add services.  Enea will take first line support for its
customers using LinuxLink.

By adding Timesys Linux to its product portfolio, Enea will also be able
to build solutions-oriented platforms targeting multicore migration,
development and performance.  By combining its RTOS, hypervisors,
interprocess communications technology and development tools with
Timesys's award-winning embedded Linux development framework and
value-add services, Enea will be able to deliver complete, highly
integrated platforms to developers that solve many of the complex
challenges presented by multicore processing.  Enea expects to start
rolling out its multicore platforms in the first quarter of 2011.

“We see strong demand from our customers for a single vendor that can
provide best-in-class support for heterogeneous operating environments
based on both realtime and Linux operating systems,” said Marcus
Hjortsberg vice president of marketing at Enea.  “We are excited to
partner with Timesys to meet this need because we believe Timesys offers
the industry's best Linux tools and expert support that will allow our
customers leverage the technological advancements and ecosystem
advantages Linux offers.”

The two companies will also collaborate on a wide range of marketing and
market development programs including events, campaigns and customer
development.

“We are excited to collaborate with Enea and offer our embedded Linux
products alongside Enea's industry-leading RTOS, hypervisors, tools and
related platform middleware,” said Atul Bansal, CEO, Timesys
Corporation. “We pioneered the flexible, intuitive platform builder
approach to embedded Linux and offer unique developer services for
optimizing those designs. Together with Enea, we will provide our mutual
customers with the broadest portfolio of application development tools,
enabling them to quickly and profitably develop differentiated multicore
devices."

Enea is a worldwide leader in providing multicore RTOS solutions to
telecom as well as embedded systems customers, and Timesys possesses an
unmatched pedigree and experience in providing award-winning, commercial
Linux solutions for more than a decade. Both companies are focused on
helping their customers shorten product development cycles and reduce
the uncertainty and risks involved in leveraging new technologies.
