He is responsible to help grow Athena's investment portfolio and institutional advisory business. The institutional advisory business is expected to grow generally through asset and property management services. Prior to Athena, Mr. Allen worked for a large Connecticut private owner - operator of approximately 10 million square feet of class A and B office properties. He also held positions with a private REIT with approximately $700 million of total assets and a private owner – operator diversified by collateral type. Mr. Allen graduated with an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2003.
